Ah. The housing market doesn’t exist because some people don’t/can’t participate in it or don’t view it as a market. Might as well add the rental market, car market, and flea-market to the list of dumb phrases that should be outlawed, by that logic.
If the ‘housing market’ really is a genuine market – and it’s a stretch to even call it one – then at best it’s a cornered market. Maybe 'housing fiefdom', more like it?

In the weekend I made this for a course assignment (make a network graph from data of your choosing). It is showing the country/region that is the major source of immigration of each country in the world in 2013 from UN migration data. Great Britain is the major source of New Zealand migrants, New Zealand is the major source of migrants to the Cooks.

Attention: Little, Tywford, Parker.
Here is a tangible piece of evidence that demonstrates the underhandedness of your recent conduct.
A Samoan lady accuses a Chinese Restaurant owner of racism when allegedly asked to pay for her meal before eating:
The Samoan lady says to the reporter "And to think they are the very people buying their way into NZ and Samoa!!!".
Mrs Su, the Chinese owner of the restaurant, has been in NZ for 20 years.
Messrs, you put a very direct message within your original story which you knew the more ignorant/disenfranchised would seize on. Shame on you. For as long as your three names hold any power within the party, I won't be voting for you.

How outrageous, somebody found an example of racism in New Zealand. Whooda thought?.
Of course, there was no racism here until "Labour did it": -

Of course, there was no racism here until "Labour did it":
Blame "Farmer Bill" Massey, whose Reform Party presided over the forced breakup of Chinese-Samoan marriages, after braving a single German gunboat to invade the place.
