Kia ora Sacha- there is both an OTAGO tartan and an ANZ tartan (both formally registered.) The ANZ one is grey & charcoal/black & white (I have a formal kilt made in this tartan)and the Otago one (which I think is what Peter means by the Dunedin tartan)incorporates yellpw & blue.
For some strange reason.

Radio Live, Newstalk ZB: minus infinity
Had my car radio tuned to Live lately (hits self on head) - Maggie Barry 4-6pm is good - but Lawhs and Jackson ....I start to feel I live in a really ugly country and wonder how widespread the shitty thinking is.
i really do wonder if the superficial thinking is more ingrained than we acknowledge? As a mature uni student, I'm horrified at the shallow intellectual debate - what debate? - or committed curiosity & exploration of ideas amongst students, English, History and Media students at that.

Andy Williams is a $#@!ing idiot. And I'd like to apologise for my decision NOT to vote last time out -- it wouldn't have made any difference in keeping this clown in the circus, but I could sleep a lot better.
Is it more of a weapon than a handbag or a walking stick? are people who say it is a weapon being racist?
No, Seve, because that's exactly what a sodding taiaha is. What it always has, and always will be. Anyone who wants their culture taken seriously really should try being serious.
And I think anyone walking down Queen (or any other) Street with an Ak-47 would not get a vey sympathetic hearing from anyone for that argument. I also think there are plenty of people of Afghan descent who'd find that line pretty damn offensive.
