Probably by the Russians? I would say certainly. Trump's foreign policy in relation to Eastern Europe is popular in Moscow, and incidentially might just save us all from nuclear war.

It looks more and more like Trump and Putin are going to agree to divide up the "spoils" in Europe. Those "unswayable" Sanders supporters should perhaps re-assess their priorities.

Moz,
And the media narrative will focus on finding and amplifying the "Trump over Hillary" BernieBros, because anything that can help tilt the field towards Trump is good. Sorry, I mean "conflict and excitement means clicks".
On the other side, I don't think this will actually be the incident that makes politicians start caring about reinforcing electronic privacy rather than stripping it away, but I hope it will help.

Most of the angry Bernie supporters I see are either white, male, collage educated or a combination of all three. i.e incredibly privileged
They don't see a difference between Trump and Clinton because for them nothing personally changes for them if either of them get elected. They can afford a protest vote and don't much care about those that can't
-
where collage educated = having a patchwork of simple beliefs that don’t quite accurately correspond to reality, and are glued together only by unshakeable faith in one’s own importance (cf. also Trump University educated )

So the hierarchy of the Democrat Party has been proven to have been actively subverting their pseudo-democratic electoral process. I suppose the left feels obliged to prove that they can do moral corruption as well as the right, because that's the new normal and they feel they must compete accordingly?
If Vladimir really did get his hackers into the DNC email server & send the result to Wikileaks, he's becoming quite a player on the global stage, huh?
Vlad: "British diplomatic expertise was exhibited by their new government fronting with a guy called Boris. Now, if soul brother Donald changes his name to Igor, we'll all get on really well!"
Polls now indicate a resurgence for the soul brother - and look what this leftist comic is predicting... http://michaelmoore.com/trumpwillwin/

Contained this observation:
For one thing, Mr. Putin is someone who doesn’t worry about little things like international law when he decides to invade a country. He’s “what you call a leader,” declared Rudy Giuliani after Russia invaded Ukraine.
The US has such a short memory - Iraq anyone?

Wonderful speech by Michelle Obama. I wish she was standing.
-
Because nothing I think or say affects the outcome in any way whatsoever, I've decided to back the Bernie supporters. Fight the power dudes!

Michelle followed by Elizabeth Warren. Enough to cheer many an old lefty feminist.

The chanters in the audience are getting on my wick - Bernie, BLM, etc - for some reason the mic picks it all up and the speakers are having to shout over them to be heard, even with the PA. Sort it out ffs.

Are you conflating the Bernie-or-bust fringe (who claim they'll vote Trump before Clinton) with the majority of regular Bernie supporters? The latter group certainly can tell the difference between Trump and Clinton and will vote accordingly.

The unwillingness of the richest country in the world to provide healthcare for it's citizens is just incomprehensible. It is beyond tragic that the issue has been kicked down the road by 8 more years.

Bazinga! And dare I say it, the same people who were most vociferously sneering at women who apparently "voted with their vaginas" (I still can't figure out how that works) and "low-information" black and Hispanic voters who didn't come to Progressive Jesus from the whitest state in the Union.

Dennis: Please consider my imaginary pearls firmly clutched that the disdain Sanders and his surrogates feel towards people they happily accused of active voter suppression and outright fraud was entirely mutual. At least they had the decency not to do it in public.
As for your "pseudo-democratic" sneer, I'd apply that to caucuses that very obviously exclude a lot of people who can't afford to take a working day off to hang around in a hall. But I guess they're OK for BernieBros when you win those, right?
A primary is exactly that -- and if you're participating in closed primaries with registration deadlines, then the thing to do is organize a competent registration/turnout operation, AKA campaigning 101. Not scream "corruption" when you lose.

The worry is that Bernie's supporters will storm off in a huff and not bother to vote, handing the Prez to Trump by default.

There will be some – and US TV seemed to be lining up to interview them afterwards – but any Sanders supporter who wasn't convinced by his speech will never be convinced. They're on some other trip.

Maybe, but probably offset by the same number of conservatives who can't bring themselves to vote for Trump either. And a number of people who wouldn't normally vote may vote this time just to oppose one of the candidates.
This election is completely bizarre.

Dude, if you’re going to go down the "nothing I say will make any difference anyway" road, man up and declare for Trump!

The never-Clinton spite-voter seems completely overblown to me. I'm sure there are a few idiots but they're not representative. I went to a Bernie rally earlier this year - in Portland even - and there was no anti-Clinton vibe that I could detect. It was positive and policy focussed. I doubt that has suddenly changed since he conceded.

And the Pew polling says you're right. It's just unfortunate that those people are getting a lot of airtime.

Except that the emails show nothing of the kind.

And he's not such a bad guy really?
-
Didn't the emails show DNC staffers pushing negative stories to the press about Sanders' religious views (in states sensitive to that topic) and suggesting a media-friend narrative for his failure? That seems on the nose for an organisation that is supposed to be - and claimed to be - neutral.
(Plus a much greater amount of plain old pissy attitude which is completely understandable - they're human).
