There comes a time to say “Woah Nellie! This shit ain’t working!”

Frankly until 60 odd nations turn to the US of A and say that to them, we will circle the same bulsllshit. . Evidence is everywhere of the mess U.S gets other Countries into, by it's passive aggressive stance and it's cosying up to whatever regime suits them this year.
This is another fine mess John Key wants to be a part of that was decided long ago.
So it'll all be over in 2 years because our 16 trainers are soo much better than the billions of dollars and thousands of personnel the U.S has already spent. Then there is the thousand years since it all started.
This is how dangerous John Key is.
In the House today, Goff mentioned hes been waiting on 60 questions written to Brownlee that (although standing orders says 6 days to be answered) have not been answered for 2 months. Brownlee just ain't answering because there are no answers. What the ? Guess we dont deserve answers. It's beneath them. Bastards

Someone with armed forces insight has pointed out to me that New Zealand will be going in with no State of Forces Agreement with the Iraqis.

Is that why they will go in with diplomatic passports also?

Labour would immediately cease to be in government if it tried to do anything of the sort. And better marketing wouldn’t work, because the Greens’ supporters aren’t fooled by it.

    Exactly!

Nothing a bit of No8 wire can't fix right?

Well the 16 Kiwis and the 130 odd (and diminishing or growing dependent on survival)
will have plenty of that as they are behind the imaginary wire. The SAS will be there before we know it under some bullshit banner Key Inc. will wave. World War 3 minus a few Countries that have no arrangement with good guys USA. USA are always at war. They justify waterboarding and we are dragged into their War. Fucking brilliant. They caused this mess and here we are kissing their arse .
Little, Goff, Shearer, and King all spoke yesterday against going so spiteful John and Danyl are wrong .This is not about Labour.None of them are Dictators like Key. They would not follow his footsteps. Key and his temper tantrums are his to own and his immaturity showed exactly how dangerous he is. He is a disgrace right now.

A line the Nats pushed ruthlessly for several years, yes. Helpfully relayed by our feeble media.

And there in itself is the problem. That rubs both ways if the media push the buttons. No matter the direction, it isn't helpful if it causes bickering. And people here buy into it. They just pen it in another way against the Greens with Labour which is exactly what is intended by Nactionals PR machine and which is so effective if the Green labour support parrots it.Analyse it all you like, Find fault, blame somebody, anybody, make it known, cause strife, job done.
Call for perfection ,call them stupid, slack, dumb, incompetant, pick a noun, they all work to undermine opposition. Go for it.
If you are aware of what the scene is ,why do you play their stupid game? I know what Nactional get away with. I know the media finds it acceptable. None of the opposition pisses me off compared to what Nactional is getting away with. Perspective should be everything with a media friendly, Speaker biased, nit picking public. Who would you prefer, bearing in mind no body is perfect? Seriously, I know.

  • Hard News: Masters of Reality, in reply to Hilary Stace,

Exactly. If I had the choice of just one other I'd still pick Shearer (who has been there before as has Norman but he is leaving so that puts him out) . The fact that National had 3 from themselves and Labour got to choose one from all of the opposition seems unfair for all so make the committee bigger and solve the problem . Whoever Little chose would have always put him between a rock and a hard place. I noticed though that Winston wasn't kicking up a stink about not being chosen .

    Andrew Little in the Herald

Mr Little said Dr Norman's decision to step down as leader and scale back his political involvement was a factor in his decision. Potential future coalition arrangements also had a part: "The risk is, of course, as we're trying to build the coalition, if I chose somebody from the Greens, NZ First might be affronted. If I chose somebody from NZ First the Greens might be affronted too."

He said he stood by his decision, but admitted he could have told the Green Party of it in advance rather than letting the party find out from the media.

What gets me is how they live with themselves.

First, create the perception that you deserve better and Nactional will deliver.
Then create the perception that not everyone is equal.
Then create laws to make money the most valued commodity
Then make sure to protect those who are not struggling and voila! Guaranteed vote.
