Bowden admits he has made millions out of synthetics which surely raises questions about the liquidation. And he's the last person in the world I'd want to see making money out of weed.
Why? Yes he has has some success. Then yes he has had the Govt curb all that success. Why would you want to see him fail at having a successful business that encourages responsible use and crowd sourcing responsible use and knowledge?

Now this takes the cake. National will get your vote
The colour blue is used to illustrate desirable behaviour such as achievement and self-actualisation, whereas red and green represent negative behaviours like dependence,
Subliminal or what?
I have one word for this Govt... -

and you'd probably end up with mellower prisons as well! –
In my past ,on visits to Rangipo, the saying went, " a stoned prison is a good prison" and that was from the screws point of view.

I think taking the commerce out of ganja growing would take the criminality out of it as well.
There would still be a market, just like there is in garden vegetables. But it would certainly help with the criminality part.
I've been privileged to do my own study with regards Pot.Commerce, the green dollar economy has benefits for many regions and of those I surveyed, said they'd be happy if the status quo was kept.
A) They believe their hard work is worth the dollars involved in the price and they want to preserve that. Plus they spend those dollars in the community. All of them.
B) They have systems in place that help each other , the bush telegraph that ensures everyone gets news very quickly to curb the police enthusiasm. The police like the funding for chopper surveillance and like the cat and mouse month of the year. (They waved at us hovering over our house a few weeks back. If nothing else others had a chance to organise themselves while they took time to bother us.I believe the market would still exist anyway, I don't grow. I wont grow. A grower is only a criminal because some law says so. Many of them are just like you and me.

you can only highlight a hair-pulling episode as supposedly stark evidence as to his unsuitability to run the country?
No ,wrong ,we here analyse and comment on many of the lies and theft and social inequity that Key and his cronies manage along with Keys immature ,inappropriate all confirming dubious behaviour that shows in his childish bully way. Your sycophantic defense of such idiots like Key, Bob Jones, showing the same idiotic behaviour, tells me much about you. Pure ignorance is bliss innit?
Anyhow enough time spent on you methinks. -

From back in the day when some actually still believed the promise to re-enter would be honoured.
How many New Zealanders have had the wool removed from their eyes?
And about time. I was always rather upset at how nice the families always appeared when all these promises were pie in the sky . Key hasn't changed any of his modus operandi from day one. Lies lies lies. So many lies.
Maybe when this government is voted out, Chch residents will see good changes too. Whatever happened to the donations pledged from the public for Chch? Does anyone know?

Although I see that many people find him a pest, I do confess an admiration for someone or anyone like McCready, who makes a stand against what they perceive as an injustice. McCready is retired ,has the time and believes in trying to make a difference. That Amanda has chosen a different path is her choice and all the best for her. That Amanda has felt deceived before with Glucina, I am not surprised she has chosen to deal with things in her own way without outside influence other than which she chooses. It's my hope that they kick Key to the Curb. I hope both McCready and Amanda have success.

.but it is good to better understand how they (often don't) think.
I just told Chester Burrows to grow up in an article in the Taranaki Times. He left himself wide open. Insights indeed.
