I saw Obama on the DS and thought he was great, albeit tired. But who wouldn't be after 2 years on the road as Michelle Obama said the week before when she was on.Not to mention the RW blogaquarium going into frenzied Apeshit mode. check out the Atlas Shrugged website where Pam Geller is putting forward the idea that Obama is the secret love child of Malcolm X .

I seem to remember that we can't handle the truth.
To tie to into the US election, there seems to be an inverse relationship to the truth going on over there. While the ship sinks they are telling lies about how good they are at arranging the deckchairs. -

The point here is that the genie is out of the bottle. We can't unhear what Smith said. Incidentally I'm not sure how much Lockie has his finger on teh pulse anyway. He could have been just talking to the peeps saying "Yes we are looking all feeble, but just wait until we get in" knowing full well that in MMP it can go arse up pretty darn quickly if you upset the New Best Friends.
Taping pollies at a politics forum is not too awful, they should have said that they were doing it. But now it's out there and saying it's unfair will not cut it. You're either thinking of doing the same thing we got MMP in to combat, or you're not. -

The 3 pm news said that Key says National will scrap the 700m fund.
He would use the money to lower taxes apparently. Maybe we do need to do that so that we can afford to buy cheese again.
