For the past year, I haven,t been too well but after the very successful weight loss programme (quaranteed :-)) one does start to look for alternatives and yes thanks had lots of suggestions, many of which help.Happily I am nearly right and energy etc is returning although not as fast as I want, but hey! I will be okay and thanks for all the kind words. The bright side is I don't shave me legs! It also helps when your man is a strong support which I am lucky to have .Hasta manana! or so we say when speaking spanish.:-)

Cheese is my diamonds!Yep.:-)

It seems pretty simple to me Paul. Cows obtain the calcium that is in their milk from the same source as we should - leafy greens.
Its not too hard for me either but I do eat a bit of fish(trying always to eat farmed, but not completely successful), to get some protein and at the mo I only have a need for cheese (my body is telling me) but thats probably cos chemo is a bit of a diet killer,To eliminate meat from the diet doesn't hurt.To cut down is even less painful.

Quality, not quantity surely?
Ye, thought of that right after I posted and the transport thing but if you see agee jars full of powders being used as a purse, quantity can have its bearing.

Cocaine & Heroin I know nothing about, but have had aquantences relay stories. Carribian Coke is superior to the Mediteranian Coke apparently,
Ah....:-) I wouldn't believe everything you hear either.Mediterranean? We are talking South America for Coca leaf.I don't think exporting the leaf is big business for cocaine manufacturing. .Bulky.I imagine quantity may be the issue for your friend. Know a bit about heroin but don't actually consider it to be the worst drug out there.

I think I would rather sit in an air tight room of smokers than an airtight room of a single car running its engine with legislated unleaded petrol.

Either way she's an idiot, she's from California,

One thing I noticed when sitting at the pub ( with the smokers outside ,no Bo,no colds, flus, and decent good conversation ) was the wonderful aroma of chocolate. I had experienced this before in the UK and realised it was pipe smoke which was in(side) the pubs over there .Got me thinking about what annoys the non smoker.I suspect it is the smell .So, if tobacco smells like something that is popular ,would there be so many complaints? I don't smoke tobacco but would've happily had a puff of the pipe .that was being smoked next to me.If it smells good would you mind experiencing it?
