"Ecstasy goes into the spinal column and cracking the back releases it back into the bloodstream," [Shimabukuro] said.

I knew there was a reason why I loved stretching. And there I was thinking it was just because it made me lightheaded and the sound of cracking my back backwards over something was so satisfying...

  • Radiation: Desperate Heroes,

Looks like the Dom's plans to be the next Ryan Seacrest are well underway, according to this story anyway, although ratings haven't been great.

I think it's hilarious how in that story he relates that he was working on his tan before the audition. Note to Mr. Fanta Pants: if you tan any more, you're going to mistaken for a pumpkin, and a bunch of larrikans will smash you on Wednesday.

  • Hard News: Real Media,

At my American school in Japan, I played Carmen San Diego, Hotdog Stand and The Oregon Trail an awful lot, and then experienced sexual harrassment over the internet before the internet really was a thing on a 9.6kp modem BBS, when my friend and I were the only girls who used it. I didn't do any computer classes back in NZ, but I did do a degree in multimedia, where we learnt to encode videos. But not for Youtube, since that was a long time (five years) before it existed.

Oh, I also find transvestites making a show out of miming the words to diva disco songs banal and redundant. There, I said it.

I don't like eggs, or when the bottoms of my jeans get wet in the rain, and it makes me sad when eggplants are really expensive. What I DO like is threadless hoodies with unicorns on them.

What's far more likely is I will have to restrain myself from making smutty double entendre......

Squee Kowhai, I'm disgusted with myself for not thinking of the dirty myself.

Waiting to see what is going to come out about these "terror raids" is making me crotchety.

So are you a hat, a string bikini or a plant hanger?

Ah, this is why I love the blogosphere. Unlike in polite society, sometimes I actually get my mind changed.

Thank you for being gracious and explaining yourself. Emma made the point that I was trying to make better than I did with her:

Yeah, but Ben, it sounds like you're still assuming that everyone who's camp is gay and everyone who's not camp is straight. This may not necessarily be the case.

    and you addressed that with:

, but I find camp about as funny as constant sarcasm - a very low form of wit.

As an overly sarcastic person myself, I would like to believe that sarcasm is constantly hilaaaaaarious. Of course everyone has a different sense of humour. Thank god, because otherwise Two and a Half Men would still be on TV....
