I’m assuming that NZ First, UF and the Maori Party don’t have youth wings. (I thought NZF had one for the under 65s?)
There are posters downstairs in my building trying to entice uni students to NZ First's. I guessing they cost host their first national conference in a phone booth or similar.

It feels wrong to be on the same side of a debate as that man.

How do you stop little worms getting into your carrots?
I'm not sure about those little worms, but I heard that mixing pine needles in the soil around potatoes stops the worms that attack them.
Lost my garden when I moved so haven't had the opportunity to test.

Because I have been asked: I don't like Lance Armstrong, but have no proof that he was or was not cheating. I just thought this was an incredibly convenient way to bow out of the argument for him.
That was my first thought. I've heard better excuses in the playground.

As far as I’m aware, nowhere in any NZ law does it say “except on the Internet”.
I do wonder if there is a legitimate role for 'nasty shit people posted about me on an overseas web site'. A tribunal might help smooth jurisdictional issues because it doesn't go down a criminal path immediately?

I am curious to know if anyone has ever tried a sort of trademe model – you deposit an amount of money and everytime you access “below the fold” for indepth news and analysis a deduction is made. Once your account has run out of money your attempt to access or comment takes you to the payment screen.
That would seem to be the logical way for it to work - a wee add-on to your browser which pops up and confirms that you want to pay 25 cents to read this article.
