If Peters was sacked from his Ministers position does that mean that the Govt would fall, which is what Prebble was saying this morning. (Bensen-Pope didn't cause that to happen.) Or would it fall because NZF is not Labour?

I'm going to let all the hysteria pass by and hope for something sensible to emerge; am I dreaming?
Me too Sofie and Paul. I think too many conclusions have been hurdled at breakneck speed.

For more interesting is looking at the lengths the Privileges Committee is willing to go to investigate a party funding issue. Is this a precedent being set, an admission that all is not right in the secretive side of our democracy?

Have you always thought this or just today?

Anyway, I think it's fair to discuss media tactics, but we should steer clear of the actual charges and associated claims which are to come before the court.
Too true but that area of media credibility/integrity was the intent of some in previous posts a week or so ago. Generally it seemed that those issues were sidestepped then. What is the legitimate role of the media in exposing social ills from unverifiable sources?
