Possibly right (as in not the right place) Gilliard in the House today, and hopefully Keith will be up with something soon for perusal, or even Russell for that matter.

Checked Hansard, it's not up yet, but was interesting that Maryan Street whilst debating the Prime Ministers Statement in the House yesterday mentioned a radio interview, in which JK said his 3 top desires for himself this year was to win the RWC followed by his wish to "win the other important thing this year" because if he didn't ,he wasn't hanging around, and to go to the Royal Wedding. Truly ambitious for NZ?

On another note, we’ve found the Cem Erbay story pretty distressing.
Cem and his mother, Sharon, lived a few doors down from us.
He was a lovely kid; his natural exuberance carefully kept within bounds by Sharon. I know the diagnosis of his heart condition was hard for him – I’ve never met a more naturally athletic child – but he moved on. It just breaks my heart that Sharon should have done such a wonderful job of raising her only son into a young man only to have him taken away like this.
Thanks Russell, Cem was a young friend I have known since he was 5. Yes, couldn't have asked for a more devoted mother either. It has hit a lot of us pretty hard. His funeral is tomorrow at St Matthews in the City.

Great holidays to everyone and anyone. Thought I'd share (if it works) our progress and special place over the last couple of months. Totally small town NZ.

Ian is a self-described 'designersaur' whose life has veered down a variety of interesting tangents. He was once a roadie for Toy Love, he designed the famous 'cupid eyeball' logo for Flying Nun, spent a few happy years working at Rip It Up, and enjoyed numerous evenings as the doorman for Windsor Castle in its hey-day.
Must be lovely! What a guy. And you and yours David
