  • Hard News: It is your right and duty to vote,

heres my van that i have crisscrossed the country in...

    http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/4818/eveningkobe.jpg

FWIW i always envisage pacifics triple star as representing the 3 points of the polynesian triangle and it being our/god's duty to guard it against colonials trying to shaft us but alas...

so how come we're still asking god to defend NZ if 80% of the population doesnt believe in the big G ?

and the other point i always make is that biculturalism isnt about pakeha and maori. it's about euro and polynesian so any flag has to reflect that. which is what mine does so i'm happy to declare my own sovereignty, fly my own flag, hum my own tune and dance to the beat of my own drum...

and i just come from seeing 'avatar' in all its 3d glory which coincidentally is about 10 ft tall "aliens" with blueskin and flat noses not unlike tattoed polynesian giants. they even do a hongi in it. the hero being a hybrid like myself who assimilates technology and holds traditional cultural values in high esteem:)

spoiler alert : the hero wins the indigenous battle against greedy landgrabbers after resources. strangely prophetic i reckon.

    oooh nice ride recordari...

You up for a crack at a new anthem next?

yeah i'd ditch the words to start with and just make it a dubstep instrumental cos i mean what the fuck is pacific's triple star and why does it need guarding ?

i wonder what uncle winnie's got to say about te flag ?..i dont think he'll want to upset his grey power fanbase so he'll come out swinging for the ol diggers who died for the yadda yadda yadda...he's such a back asswards looking cunt that i dont think we've seen the last of

so what do you get when you cross houndstooth with a space invader and a map of NZ ?

    sweet...settled then.

we'll use my flag and i'll imbue it with meaning about white muthafuckas, waves of settlement, blood spilt, lives lost, southern crossed stars, green land/blue skies=teal, sovereignty and colonialism

    ...all in favour say Ae:)

see, that wasn't so hard was it ?

apprently there was a surrealness and colourfulness to older maori art before the colonials got in there and decided maori art was black and red and curvilinear.

and nah i think the tino flag looks evil and needed softening so i flipped the script on it:)

i refixed the tino flag a while back. just think the whole red and black thing is a bit nazi and the history of the red and black thing is a bit off too.

that green is suposed to be teal but my screen does funny things to colours so...meh

For some,it is their only line of communication

    ...and only shot at fame.

anonymous bloggers and such just dont seem as interesting once they're outed.

i have trouble maintaining eye contact with real life people, especially when i see they're talking themselves up or talking shit so tend to look down . Not a good look when talking to women as they tend to think i'm staring/talking to their breasts. it is much easier to talk freely and minus the sexual stuff online.

so umm just got this in the email...:)

Ask about their two for one discounts... Happy Holidaze!
    Apple does it again!

Apple announced today that it has developed a breast implant that can store and play music . The iTit will cost from $499 to $699, depending on cup and speaker size. This is considered a major social breakthrough, because women are always complaining about men staring at their breasts and not listening to them.

i have a rule. "what goes online stays online" and shouldn't affect real life dealings. people tend to get in trouble when they rep themselves. it just seems a waste of face time talking 'bout puter time unless you have a vested interest

i see Key is going to be dining with royalty instead of giving the NZ speech. why bother going then ? self fulfilling photo op prophecy ?

...less diversity of viewpoint in some threads a few commenters have the logical chops, the information, and the fortitude to put a sound case.

and theres an element that culturally disadvantages some who dont even have the basic language skills.

Bringing your A-game from the get go means you don't have the chance to cut your teeth.

some of us dont even have an A game. so tend to change the accepted rules and play by our own and if that means we play with ourselves then i'm not averse to doing that either:)

try registering and posting under your own name. So that your boss, or your mum, or your mate, or the guy you went to school with and hated- could all see just what you've contributed.

last thing i would want is for my kids to find out what a dick their old man can be online. it'd be like watching pron with your mum ?

That sounds like an awfully complicated thing to maintain, though.

not really. you just let your fingers do the talking and visit the attic as little as possible. of course when someone drags you kicking and screaming there for some time out, well that's different.
