Well, if yopu mean ingredients are imported, then yes they are. But it can be cookedout of stuff which is pretty much over the counter or presectiption based... not hard.

Meth is imported as well as locally produced, there have been some significant busts where stuff has been found in containers originiatiing in China.
I do however think you are getting mixed up with the precursors for MDMA rather than Methamphetamine however.

Firstly - I'm in no way trying to justfy what the Heartland Institute did, I'm fairly agnostic on the science, more interested in the policy responses and whether they are linked to achieving outcomes or simply exporting pollution.
But didn't the IPCC get caught up doing the same thing, listing loads of scientists that apparently supported their findings, only to fidn out that they didn't (or something along those lines, its been a while since I either read or watched it)...

What always worries me is this talk of Mandatory Minimum Sentancing, and we all know how that ended up in the USA, with it being used on pot smokers - who ended upw ith worse sentances than rapists and child abusers.

Yes, said photoshopped image annoyed the hell out of me, when it popped up on bloglines in the morning while reading the news at work.
I'm another one on the right who was annoyed by it, and I normally have a lot of time for the blog it was on.
Could have at least been tagged NSFW as a courtesy.
