hokay, so I've done a chunk of googling re: tamihere scandalous gossip. are we talking the psychokiller brother and the fact that he grew up in a big poor family?
i know black and white supposedly gives a heart rending account of his woeful childhood trauma, but finding a review that actually goes into any detail is pretty tricksy. i suspect i will just forgoe the gossip as its not worth reading a whole book of dreck just for that small background info.meanwhile, re: outsourced smacking (way back in the dark ages a couple of weeks ago) fleshwound is being remade as exactly that service...

lies! neverwinter nights (1&2 - RPG), total annihilation, and as of last week supreme commander (the not-sequel to TA - both RTS) are thoroughly mod friendly and interesting to tinker with.
TA/SC especially, as apart from 3d modelling and physics stuff, you can get right down to the nitty gritty AI creation.

So I unblocked PA in the adblocker (as per the earlier commnet - i had no idea you could do that).
Except that then work servers promptly blocked most of the externally reffing ads as non-business. Oh well.
