    get a tattoo?

    Get a tattoo. :)
Has done wonders for nerve stimulation on my left side.
Oh and Emma ,congrats on the Metro job.
    @ Isabel.
They really are pretty true to their colours as well. The colours are a reminder of my childhood also. I had lots of mexican things, although flowers are pretty unique when it comes to their colours, but yes very happy.
Jackie, will be away until next Wednesday end of this week but lets catch up eh?

My Dad's another for whom the treatment was worse than the disease (at least at the stage the cancer was detected).

Ah, the treatment abates and ends whereas the disease remains, unless of course this is about terminal in which case I'm a bit late so as you were.
    Actually,

my head can't be bouncing up and down like it feels it is. I wonder what this will be like after I get a whole bunch of red tattoo ink on my back later on this year?

Glad to see you are as good as always Emma. ain't life a beautiful thing. Here is my latest tattoos. They've taken a few months but I'm getting there. It's my garden. :) xx

  • Hard News: PEDA: Who, what, where, why,

Roasts as a concept are a great idea but the trick lies in being good with words, and manipulating them to a) sound clever b) poke someone and c) do it all without offending anyone.

    Yeah right.
I have been known to flip over to a channel (often the comedy channel), to see what is on, because an artist is mentioned in the synopsis, only to discover that a "roast" is the subject. I have been appalled at what is considered humorous, and many a Hitler jibe comes into it, along with homophobic content (and that was from a gay guy!) If Fane thought, he might study examples of how to do his contribution, I imagine his efforts would have been text book. Absolutely cringe worthy roast . I think Holmes, Hayden, etc are worse. They meant what they said, with no understanding of how their insults were considered.Fane was doing a roast, which are mostly disgusting (imo) but meant to be derogatory and insulting albeit supposedly funny.
    Jus' sayin'

I thought chanting raised seratonin or endorphins in the brain thus "feel good" is the outcome, which is of benefit to our body and therefore of benefit to others. OTOH I could be completely wrong.

And, Roughan, if you want to talk about "lack of quality control" in our Parliament, the only MP convicted (and imprisoned) on charges of corruption was... "individually assessed by a broad spectrum of the population" of the Otara and Mangere electorates. Five times.

Donna Awatere wore lovely clothes. So well, presented. Fancy pants Graham Capill nearly arrived in his fine suit and lovely hair do. Still wont let him out, but well presented.
After reading that J Rough man yesterday, I moved on to better things that did not make me angry, but now it's been mentioned, would like to say. What a jerk.

So those relief wells they've been drilling for another $100 million or more - no intention of using them?

You know what a relief well is right? It is so BP can save the existing one. They don't want to loose the existing one.
