I suppose, but of all the brothels I know of, they have only shut because of community upheaval. I'd suggest they are a pretty stable business. For saying that ,if I wanted to do this, I would not open with fireworks.I suspect it will alienate some potential clients. still, who knows ? I would also make sure there is good parking.

Jeez, I knew male escorts back in 1981 in Auckland and price was not an issue.Some nights were to escort. Others were for sex. Simple as that.
Also my friends house was a brothel before she purchased it. It was considered one of the most exclusive brothels in Auckland.Well known, the neighbours didn't mind and the clients had no problem visiting, so as long as it is done properly, why would it not work? -

Yep, Tartan lining, black Jet leather. had it a good 25 years. Still goes. I relined the cuffs with moleskin as I couldn't part with the lining and it really is fortunate that I used to make leather jackets so relining, zips etc, easy peasy. I have got to a point where I don't want to clean it up at all, so it remains tatty but chic.Almost landfillesque. Bit like me, Hah!

O, and clothing I have loathed:
I'm actually pretty much Levis and a tshirt kinda person, but I will wear any shoe with them. I go for comfort and I like a good looking shoe.

Def a weather permitting for me but I was glad to recently hear my parents still enjoy the freedom of nudity at their age.

Favourite clothes, I've had a few. Shoes, I've never had many. But if I had to pick one of each I would say:
- black fuckme stilettoes that I owned in my very early 20's, , that were so high I couldn't wear them on the way anywhere,
