We would certainly see some Republicans line up behind Colorado and Washington State.
Some of the twister level contortions some of them are going to have to do to come out against state rights because their dislike of marijuana trumps that principle are going to be fun.

Gangnam Style. No question, sexy Lady.

I thought there were laws about using telecommunication devices for malicious purposes?
Most such laws are restricted by national borders. When the perpetrator and victim are in different countries it requires two sets of laws to work in cooperation (like extraditing Kim Dotcom requires NZ and US laws to cooperate). Internationally they're more likely to cover terrorism, possibly financial crimes, rather than harassment I suspect.

Wow. I can’t quite work out of it’s my thing or not, but that’s strikingly characterful music. Fascinating.
It's worth watching his NPR Tiny Desk concert just to see the way that he makes the music. Layers built with a loop pedal, but he mixes up playing his violin traditionally, finger plucking it, playing it like a guitar, occasionally tapping it percussion style, beatboxing on a mic, and vocals. Classically trained.

I just recently found a US folk band called The Last Bison.
Kishi Bashi has been my find of 2012 - astounding musician, and I've been throwing him at anyone who walks nearby. Recently or soon to be reviewed in the NZ Herald by Graham Reid.
For live music - Beyondsemble. Drags you up to your feet and makes you dance, but can also make you sit down and just appreciate their talent.
I was also rather impressed with Bobby Womack's album - quite different.
Someone in the PAS community put me onto Lorde.
And I got hooked up with Lucy Spraggan, who gets way too drunk competing on the UK version of X-factor. Away from the stupidity of that show she sings touching songs.
And after having one song in itunes for a couple of years now thanks to a PA Radio download, I found Avalanche City's album + EP which is great.

Fair enough. You just don’t get it do you?
The nitrogen goes under the fence and eventually reaches the river.
And you seem to miss completely the need for a total redesign.A one trick pony perhaps?
Again, another example where any person with a decent knowledge can have a useful input.

Of course ; that perhaps is what you meant, but it is not what you said. here’s your words:-
“The idea that only person that can say what needs to be done is the farmer”.
Only the farmer could implement the plan for his own property – “what needs to be done ” i.e the specific actions. It's not complex:
External Person: Hey you need to do this: Fence that river.
Farmer: Sure, I'll get right onto that.Anyway...

Then put on your farm advisor hat and explain how do do it while maintaining a viable farm organism.
All manner of agricultural scientists will be hanging on your every word.Perhaps you misread where I said I was an expert on farming or an agricultural scientist. I just said that any claim that the only person who knew what could improve this situation on an individual farm was the farmer, is patently nonsense.
As proven by the fact that you yourself have ideas about how reduced stocking and year round milking could help improve the whole industry in New Zealand, not just your farm.

Hard News: The Public Address 2012 Word…, in reply to
Gangnam Style. No question, sexy Lady.
Aye. That song is a case study in how music has changed in the last decade, and how people can be successful in the new world. The graph contrasting how it got to be the most popular youtube video over Bieber's song, which took about four times as long...
Seeing the Silver Fast Ferns and the English netball team dancing to it before the final a few weeks ago was incredibly cool.

The problem is NITRATE from urine deposited in excess of the anion exchange capacity of the soil at some distance from the stream.
Also a problem that any knowledgeable/trained individual can make a useful contribution on. Fixing these problems has to be a partnership between the farmers who own/work the farm, and the external agencies. The idea that only person that can say what needs to be done is the farmer, and only on their farm is nonsense.
