"You're right, I was wrong. I'm sorry."
If that came from a guy, it might not have been quite the apology it sounds like.

Oh and someone has a sense of humour on Wikipedia - check out the crowd size for the 1978 Munster vs. NZ game.

The British press desperately puzzle over the entrails of these November-December money makers for signs that Southern hemisphere Rugby is declining to their standard. But I get the distinct impression the All Blacks themselves don't like this end of year stuff and are doing what it takes to win and that is about it. Zac Guilford was the most excited New Zealander on the paddock, and he had a game that shows he might just go up another level again. I reckon Cory Jane, Shaun Maitland and Zac Guilford may just be the 2011 back three. I am pretty sure Brad Thorn will still be locking the All Black scrum in the 2051 RWC, where he'll pass away peacefully in his sleep the night after the final.

New Zealand is consistantly voted just about the least corrupt country in the world.
Hide and Harawira are discovering why.
We have high standards when it comes to playing cute with public money in this country.
And I am not of a mind to think we should start changing those standards just because Hone Harawira has the astonishing hubris of considering himself a one man band payback for colonialism.

They say political stories are not about the indiscretion - the story is about the cover up.
I fear the story is now not what Hone did, but the email he sent.
-
Actually upon reflection, I am pleased Hone has got SOME book learnin' and he didn't just say "That place they blew up in the 'Team America' movie".
But - call me crazy if you must - I've got a funny feeling calling the vast majority of the population "puritanical motherfuckers" won't end well for Mr. Harawira. -
What on Earth is a unique viewer?
One you unique on so he doesn't know he is being observed?
-
Who cares about Hone's email?????
However, any member of parliament who can write "The Louvre, made famous by Dan Browns "The Da Vinci Code" DESERVES to be hunted down by white art gallery curators and killed with a plastic spoon.

Memo to NZ radiata pine marketing department - ditch "softwood", it sounds limp. Go with "Gymnosperm".
Memo from Marketing - OMG yes! We can totally work with that! But do we need the "no" in there?)"Gymsperm" brings a whole set of problems of its own to the table.
I reckon "Ecowood" - fast growing, carbon fixing and renewable thrice within your lifetime! -
I tell you the other revelation from British renovation/building shows in general - how much "the state" controls what you can do with a "listed" building, or with a building in, say, a chocolate box village.
Here people believe they have right conferred directly by the almighty himself to chop down a 200 year old Pohutukawa if it blocks a postage stamp view of the sea from their upstairs balcony.
In the U.K. if the building is in an area of beauty or is listed you can't even change the colour of your front door without all sorts of permission.
