The punter who turns up to your club might not even have had time to absorb all the alcohol they've forced down on the way there.
How does that affect the bartender's legal obligations not to sell to pissed people? Are preloaded punters harder to assess?
Or are the commercial imperatives so strong and the enforcement so lax that it seems worth the risk? Someone else's problem.

It's also about how you decide on subjects.
I agree media's subject choices are critical because a media criticism show is always driven by those. You can't critique what hasn't been aired.
I think Jackie's suggestions upthread are perfectly valid topics for critical media attention.
I presume you mean these.
We'd talk about dogs. And houses. And Crown Lynn. And Dads. And dogs.
Unless those subjects become a focus of media coverage, I don't imagine we'll be seeing them on Media3 any time soon.

In some areas of life perhaps. But whether people currently know about a particular subject area and can speak about it on TV?

I agree about the ratio and that panels with diversity can be more interesting to watch.
However, when a show focuses on common media coverage of issues, it invariably ends up engaging the prevailing discourses - and experts - in various public fields. Media7/3 can try hard for a range of perspectives but it can't on its own overturn the bias in the society and industry that it covers.
In any case, women do not seem to only watch TV shows featuring women any more than Koreans only watch shows featuring people of their culture. The situation is more complex than that.
