Why did we ever like this song? I can often be heard deriding some of the music of the "kids today" but I'm embarrassed to say that I did used to like this one!

Right, so you've got a bunch of young guys with freaky haircuts, wearing make-up, playing an American-influenced, hip version of a genre that was popular 20 years earlier. Just like the emos of today!

My first real job was with a couple of Mother Goosers. I had the dubious pleasure of hearing the rehearsals for their reunion about 10 years ago.

Fun fact, the hairiest member shown in the above video still has the same haircut!

However the lovely lady in this is, I bet her twenty-something kids would love seeing those shorts.
