For me the amusing thing is not knowing if this is what is in the book, or a wind-up. Given Wishart's obsessions, it could be either....

Is this the book that he was advertising a month or so ago without naming the title or subject? But still wanted you to send the money in to buy it???

You could have posted this 12 hours prior. There's a nice little path through the Town Belt past the back of Premier House.

I've always thought it a nice thing about NZ that there aren't SAS and cops hiding in the trees up there providing security. But then if there are naked 50-somethings covered in possum fat, dancing, I think that may act as a more effective deterrent.

these will probably seem logical and fair compared to whatever WishART actually claims....

I think he'll also claim Helen is the missing last Cylon.

Wishart's book will be bad, the media coverage will be worse.

Front-page editorial: "the Herald-Star-Post totally condemns this tawdry publication, with its disgraceful smears and innuendo. It is an outrage, and brings shame upon the noble profession of journalism."

And David Farrar will wade in with "I don't condone the outrageous commnets of Ian Wishart, good lord, we should keep politician's private lives private. But I wonder who the co-owner of wxyz's cosy holiday home mentioned on page 154 might be"?

And the Breakfast TV shows will be in with "could possum fat be the secret recipe for Prime Minister Helen Clark's success? We find out, after the break..."

whilst i'm not a fan of everything ian wishart writes..he has stated that he's been very moderate in what he has revealed about helen clark in his investigate mag ..havent read his book on her yet..

In the helen clark article he wrote a while back in Investigate that there were so many things he witheld from printing that would have blown her "sham marriage cover" for good..

helen clarks 70's political background was communistic & she was actually an official contact for the Abu Sayaf muslim rebels in the far south of the Philippines , thats according to the Investigate magazine article......so yes i've got to read the book..

Not a fan of helen clark's dictatorship government.
