Is there anyway that we could do this via internet banking? Paypal is insisting on logging in or creating an account to donate, and I'd rather not, but I'd love to contribute...
-
The way I see it, Public Address has been providing awesome commentary and community for over nine years, so I'm more than happy to throw down some cash for the good of PA.
-
Done. Hope it helps. Turns out my inactive PayPal account from last decade (if not last century) still works.
-
Done and done.
-
I was hoping you would get around to this, Russell.

Internet banking is so much better than PayPal - good choice to add it.

There you are. Must ring you, Sof. And condolences, darling xx

More than a little creeped to find I still have a PayPal account with a bigger spending limit than my NZ credit card. Still prefer direct transfer tho. Done.
-
done - damn I hate Paypal - got a new credit card yesterday ..... what an unself-aware UI

Long time lurker, (happy) first time contributor - keep up the good work RB!

Why don't you make this an annual ask? Most folks would happily consider it a voluntary subscription, especially with an un-named price. It gives you tangible recognition that people value your work Russell. Work and money are supposed to go hand-in-hand, as I recall. This doesn't need to be a one-off. Make it one annual ask.

Well said, Tracey.

JLM,
That was easy. Does that mean you're in thrall to us now? If so, could I demand a running nz politics thread for us political tragics, so we don't have to keep trawling the net in vain for informed reactions to the daily rollercoaster.
Mm, a few mixed metaphors in there...
