  • Simon Grigg,

    And JR's mother no less

    You're thinking of Mary Martin

So I am...whoops. I stood in an elevator next to Larry Hagman once..does that make up for it?

  • Kyle Matthews,

Then i don't recommend clicking that link in the post.

Is it just me? Every time I try and watch footage through the TVNZ website, it shows me the adverts, but not the actual footage. Just stops after the adverts, no error message, nothing. I feel like I've been screwed and no one has left any money on the nightstand as compensation.

I thought the little girl lip-syncing thing was just rude. I don't care much about things being fake - I care not about the fireworks CGI thing - but the last thing I care about is whether or not some girl who's good enough to sing in front of billions of people, has wonky teeth. If anyone tried to do that to my kids...

    Kyle,
It doesn't work for me in Firefox. Try IE.

  • 3410,

Hmmm. Sorry, I'm not very technically adept. Hopefully someone else here will provide some good advice (hint, hint).

  • Hadyn Green,

I've had no end of troubles with it. Though I do know it HATES Firefox and plays nice with IE9

Hmm. How... stupid really... to present the pre-advert in one format/method, and then the actual content in another.

  • 3410,

I'm running IE6 (it's that long since I've used it).

I reckon it's just as likely that the site doesn't recognise you as being NZ-based. If you're running through an offshore proxy server or something like that, that would probably screw it up.
