Even without snow we have a heater hog.
I love the floating-antigravity-cat-magnet look this has ...

Yeah, this cat has a prickly exterior and a very soft center, so I was doubly happy with that grin.

O I wish my two were still this close, a meter maxium doesn't allow for this kind of care.

Ground control to Major Tom...
Near classic toe wash in morning sun.
Not just consulting the palm pilot then?

Heh. I fiddle with their paws; mine stretch our their paws so I can stroke betwen their 'fingers'. It seems to discourage the cats from scratching people and things. I reckon cats have acupressure points -- paws, ears and on the back above the tail especially. My son has always twiddled his cats' ears, from the time he was about three; and the cats have always gone into a trance when he does it -- I used to fear he would be garked but it never has happened.
Having said all that online, I guess I can now be put in the bonkers old cat bat box. In my defence, I 've never been tempted to read their paws.
