so cottage cheese and baked beans or waties tinned soup doesn't do it for everyone else?
I fear unlike you all due to my energy levels cooking is low down on my priority list so it is very much what the supermarket provides. On occasion i'll have a good run and make soup but my days of something truly delicious like chickpea and corn chill from the atomic cafe cookbook or mr Judds best bagels EVER are beyond me. Part of it is going gluten free which sucked joy out of simple things like scones but the other parts is choosing where i spend my energy and I'l rather spend half an hour being crafty

i think this like so many unknown things everyone wants to talk about 'cure, cure, cure' i get this all the time with CFS. I get this all the time with Depression. With both there is no one cure, fits al there is so far no CURE!
but the most disgusting thing i have faced from medical practitioner & counsellors is supplements, supplements, supplements. another way for someone to make money out of helpless people looking for an answer, any answerthat this gets thrown at parents of children (and being a parent is a big hard job as it is) who love and cherish their autistic children only wanting the best, well it's wrong wrong all kinds of wrong. It is a crime with financial victims because our health services s have insufficient funding to do what's needed

what i find amazing about Colorado is that nobody who grows or sells... can open a bank account, because it's against federal law. So they all have these safes and run on a cash economy

To me i thought it demystified some of the pressures she was under. It also put a few facts right.and can say we've all been in internet clusterfucks, but when you can realise it apologise, or acknowledge during or after that it went too far, well that's a good thing.
