Speaking of Blowfish Sushi, I went to the one in West Hollywood and it was very good indeed. Those US-based sushi chefs really know how to make the stuff - much more adventurous than the standard 'sushi' we get in NZ.
Didn't see Julian Lennon which was a bonus.

I would assume a NZ iTunes store would be run off shore ie Australia with content uploaded to them for inclusion, and, possibly have a NZ-based staff member to license content.
There is a chick in Wellington who has been licensing NZ music to iTunes internationally for a while now. Maybe she might be recruited (or prefer to remain an independant 'broker').
As for the Vodafone hand sets.
You'd think by now they would be releasing decent hand sets due to parrellel imports.... -
Updates anybody?
One thing to note is that U2 are in town and we all know they have their own brand iPod and have launched iTunes services in the past.
I am a gambling man and have money on U2 being involved in the NZ iTunes launch.
Anybody else see that as a possibilty?

I had a few issues with timing out but they seem ok.
Sound quality varies.
The Duran Duran NYC 1982 New Years Eve gig is a goodie.

Chili Peppers are just AWFUL.
Coldplay - yeurgh!Followed closely by U2 post 'POP' album, Goodcharlottespanicatthediscomychemialromance etc.

The crap buildings that block views that you see on your way to work are the results of years of no planning on account of the planners!
Adding a big stadium to the mix is another example of short sighted vision.
Day after day more crap building go up down there and it's looking like a pile of melted lego (with poo on it).
