    Friday brought another reminder of how arbitrary luck is. Went down to the local Postshop, to mail a parcel, and was persuaded to have a go at their Guess the number of jellybeans in a jar competion. Picked a random number without even looking at the jar, and won the damn thing. We now have 3kg of beans. I think I might donate them to the Sallies!
