Not that it really matters in the scheme of things but yesterday's Lusk2 dump indicates that while Lusk considers the young nats "retards", this was the reason he didn't want many of them coming to the party. Slater then requested that there be "just dirty girls who flip it up", with their status of being or not being a young nat presumably immaterial. Classy as ever.

However, the imgur posts have everything that was included. I think Whaledump is just going to drip-feed emails as backup for Hager's book. I wouldn't expect anything too radical to be released beyond the book's claims unless Whaledump decides to go after some of the stuff Hager wouldn't touch.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is probably just as confused about the anti-terror raids now as I was when they happened. Going to track down that Operation 8 doco and hopefully get a better picture...

Cheers Russell, just wanted to let you know that the extended interview seems to hang around the 10.30 mark.

Funny to hear the exact opposite argument to what I normally hear re wafer-thin ISP margins and highly profitable over-the-top operators like Netflix. Interesting... I don't think it is workable personally.

Anybody know figures on how much of the rental market is on periodic agreements vs. fixed-term? Other than a bit of living-with-the-landlord I've always had fixed-term leases. I can't really imagine choosing to live with a periodic agreement, mind you I probably overestimated my rights in the living-with-the-landlord situations...

I seem to recall micropayments not being your cup of tea Russell but if you are interested it was announced yesterday that the normal fee for a Bitcoin transaction will be lowered to 1000 satoshis (around half a cent), which makes it more feasible for micropayment-style transactions. I know I would be keen to flick some your way if you set this up!
