Thanks for your reply Moz it helps put it into perspective. We did offer APRA the use of the Golden Scroll to display there, but they were not really interested. Sadly, Dad's Silver Scroll was destroyed during the 1990's, so I don't have it hanging alongside the Golden one.

Just on a side note, your blog about the missing stair led me to Captain Awkward months ago and it has become a highlight in my online activity to read the new posts and explore the archives. From there I found Dear Sugar. Unfuck your Habitat and Etiquette Hell...so I thank you for introducing me to some wonderful things.

Love the stuff that is up for consideration this year. Just a sidenote, I just looked on APRA's website to get nostalgic on the only Golden Scroll that was ever awarded that went to my dad, Corben Simpson back in 1975 for the song of the decade. There is nothing there, like it never happened.
