But I couldn’t.
No I couldn't either. Something we actually agree on.

Interesting how this election is really all about Key
More to the point, ignoring every other politician over any puff piece about Key is taking up TV, Radio, and Media which would be the strategy. Look at his hairline, his wrinkle, his walk to the cafe. Selfies ( I'm cool), so popular , blah blah blah.....just like you and me, blah blah blah.
The man gambles that he can deflect any criticism , he only needs to open his mouth and they will all come to listen so as long as he sticks to the plan. His interviews seem chosen with complacent reporters. He ignores journalists with harder questions. His strategists are the smart ones. -

lucid answer to Hosking’s questions about how the votes will fall in the Maori electorates and elsewhere. He’s really not stupid and he’s very good at weighing the odds.
Did he have the questions to be asked before the interview?

He talked about the length of his tongue! I can’t unread that you know.
Heh, Gettin' past his use by date
Mr Key joked that the constant demand for selfies had seen the crow's feet around his eyes take a deeper hold.
"Everyone wants a photo."
Oh you card ,you ! And all for everyone.

And I don’t think he likes lying: he seems to squirm. He has that queasy look when he admitted calling Slater: he knew it was wrong.
Just a few points, I see….
He can’t handle the confrontation. He can’t tolerate anyone questioning his actions.Hates feeling cornered. He reacts by attack. The queasy look is annoyance .
He also doesn’t like lying if caught out. His “humour” seems calculated only in that he bows to the lowest denominator. Laughing at his own bullying.
Also,But there’s no ignoring my opinions are not shared by a majority of New Zealanders
I reckon if you were talking about all New Zealanders, many children would be scared of him. They are the ones who react truthfully
This article linked to earliersays quite a lot about his personality. -

I hope Nicky had a good break over the weekend.
He deserves our support and help. Target any news that doesn't support his book but supports attacks against his book. He is telling the truth. To see the big picture is to see the obvious. I have always been untrustworthy of National. I have never read Whale oilscum. I have never trusted Farrar The names of old National Party silver spoon offspring being involved is so obvious it is a mockery .

What makes me so sad about this Dirty Politics fallout (lack of) is that it’s now really, worryingly easy to know what’s coming.
Sad? Why not mad? I am disgusted and I have given up being polite My ire is at the fore front of losing friends because I know they want to ignore the obvious. Sad doesn’t cut the mustard. I’m full on angry. I will persist at complaining about any news item I watch that has the hallmark of Slum Slug Slater. If he can manipulate our news in general I can complain.

Judith Collins’ dog says she was treated “Ruff”.
What ? So now we are insulting Dogs? She doesn't deserve to have a dog. I feel that we can leave dogs out of it and at the same time road kill should get more sympathy. I'm sorry , no offence to my friend Ben, but this woman makes me ill and she is beneath tarmac in my thoughts.

I agree with Peter Dunne (minor parties’ leaders’ debate) that this has been “the dirtiest campaign in memory”.
And that man has played his part in shutting his trap when it suits. That man, whilst in Government knew and had the ability to blow this bullshit apart and didn't . Fuck him too. They are all disgusting in my mind. So fuck the lot of them.

I liked that Hone didn't give in to Hosking's jibes. Twice. It was good to see that if nothing else. I think Hosking was a little better than ever ever before in his whole life but that may have been because he was up against 8 people on stage and Winston can give just as good back as Hone can.
