Craig,
Chritchurch City Council CEO of the time updated all the public pools for mass baptisims for the 2nd coming of Christ in 2000, Serious! And now as the fundy excesses are being realised my old pool,& waterpolo team at Sockburn are gone and the under utilised one in St Albans has been axed. The Sockburn one has been left to rot like a whale on the beach & they're trying to locate the family of the guy who donated the land at St Albans to give it back.
Census may well want to know what religion one has & I'm a little interested in your particular religious tastes Craig.
Radiation has you sayin "foreplay, fan-wank, fanboy, and pull out".
Most Christian denominations aren't so accepting of difference, not to mention anonymous and random sexual encounters? -

The evil that men do is often passed on to 'higher powers' ..." I was just doing my job" is but the most recent to appear in the media.Lets not look into the hearts of man & I’d get slapped if I tried to do this to women anyway. Every excuse must be able to have the suffix "... your honour" added to it to stand up.

As an atheist can not prayer be considered something of a verbal floral tribute - pretty and meaningless to yourselves and valuable to others? If we examine floral tributes aren't they a latter day sacrifice, in lieu of blood? Should we protest the murderous heathen sacrifice of flowers for the sake ... But I go far too far.

My firm understanding is Disintry tithing is done by a contracted payment enforceable in law, including those on benefits. This is of course 'freely' given by the faithful.

Out sourcing of the police state - real post-cold war capitalist Russian styles.
Does anyone believe this guys naive claim?
In another country there would be blood on his hands.Sunlight is the natural antiseptic and groups like this must remain open - take the high road.
Conspiracy theory time: How did Rod Donald die & where was that guy?
Apologies if this is still too soon.

BTs real victims are his followers paying his way to heaven on earth in an unholy pyramid scheme. Debt collectors for god are just wrong.
Yes there are collections at other churches but not the Bay Corp contracts.
Can I still claim to have religious tolerance?

Sold - The 1973 national anthem 'God defend NZ' protects everyone and the 4th Artile of the Treaty does too. Massive!
Triple Star has refference to the maori baskets of knowledge that the writer knew about but hidden/overwritten knowledge and exclude maori.
Now please be upstanding for the 1st and still reigning anthem 'God save the Queen' - This was always a show stopper in my house.

Excuse my ignorance but I thought NZ was a Christian Nation, specifically Anglican. Must be just that Christchurch thing?
Ties to the Queen and that pesky constitution that doesn't exist but kind of does with all the same leaps of faith required to get out of bed on a Sunday morning.
I'm Catholic with Anglican cousies and swore at the King James Bible when I joined the Army & they had them at my state primary school too.
Was the welcome more about Ngapuhi than religious zealots?
Quite happy for there to be no state religion but who made this change?
Why does god appear in both of our national anthems if we are not a Christian state?

What price a life?
PV is the logical step for that pocket between the Alps and the Port Hills. It may well require huge assistance to get there but the true cost isn't being counted yet.
Once air quality, hospitalisations, and death are added to the costs PV will become the clear alternative.
Certainly those blessed with wind resources go for the pelletts.
