I think they've got "gross" in there incorrectly though? As they are talking about purchasing units on the international market where marginal costs incentivise you to?

Look , the full information actually does nothing to make the mothers' case any less real or or any less justified.

So Keith is there any decent costing done as to what a 40% reduction in emissions may actually look like? Or any other target?
I find it frustrating that there's no sensible "this is what it would mean" analysis to judge how sensible the 40% reduction is. -

Craig, a genuine request. As someone who freely places himself on the right of centre and (I believe?) a Party member, could you please provide your view of this specific incident? Understand you wish to draw analogies given the nature of politics, but would appreciate the honest view of someone more closely aligned with the National Party on specifically what happened here.
My voting record is a rainbow and I tend to loathe all rosettes equally, but I can't see how anyone can support this action beyond simple partisan loyalty?

I'm wondering what our new Productivity Tsar will say about removing support for tertiary education amongst otherwise "non-productive" citizens. Surely he'll be recommending an immediate change to upski... oh right.

I do have to wonder why some people seem to think that $715 a week to feed, clothe and house a woman and three children is some horrifyingly large payout
Two of whom apparently have serious medical conditions (from the HOS story). As I've said elsewhere, if everyone's benefit payments are enough to save up a pile of money for university study, well, aren't we overpaying benefits?
