Anyone near Downtown know what brand the Parking machines are down there ?
This mob DPS are the gold standard in NZ for CC payment integration with websites, devices and internal corporate systems.
http://www.paymentexpress.com/partners/parking_vending.html
I see they list Auckland City Council among their corporate clients as well as various parking machine vendors.
God help us if the problem is someone getting into their database. I would hope it's some sort of skimming issue instead.

You've just given me all the symptoms of a heart attack.
And an idea for a new book ?

Russell those Belkin FM tuners don't work well (read at all) around town in my experience because the stations are too close together on the dial. Can't seem to find a frequency clear enouh.
They work OK (just) on road trips when there is less "noise" on the spectrum.
In summary, not worth the money.

some people would say that NZ First getting twice as many votes as Act but no seats was unfair.
I thought they both got around 3.5 - 4 % of the party vote, ACT being the slightly lower of the two ?

Russell I don't think that $5000 figure is accurate for Cordbank. It's about 1/2 that and $200 per annum from memory

MTV could flog off the rights to Tua's next 3 fights they have so cannily acquired and put the proceeds towards the RWC.
Sorted.

As suggested earlier (10.36), I'm pretty sure the waves then being recorded at Raoul Island at heights of up to c.60 cm or so will be those reflected back off the various islands of Samoa
This is interesting, so the actual Tsunami doesn't register on the Graph at all but the reflected waves do ?
Aren't the reflected waves potentially as dangerous anyway ?

you know I think the data on the tsunami warning map is running an hour or so later than real time ....
Either that or Civil Defense is about to get very embarrased.
On the map North Cape is just starting to flicker

I see the 'Disaster Magnet' struck again on Breakfast TV this morning.
