Hard News: The place where things happen…, in reply to
It’s an article of faith in New Zealand that we have the best weed. I’d say it’s more likely we’re yokels these days, taking what we get.
Depending on where you live might prove better strains than inner city. Some of the “yokels” around here are experts in their chosen field of employ. Their ability and dedication impresses me. Their knowledge of the worldly strains, extremely informative. But speak in public?, no way. Reality however is, that some of the perfumed strains of which you write, are indeed getting down here.
I think it's great you take a proactive interest in this RB. The humble grower is always busy avoiding the law but advocates like yourself are appreciated. -
More thoughts from the Labour Party
"It's about accepting there is enough medical evidence around now that under proper or appropriate supervision from a GP or specialist that this isn't a form of treatment that ought to go through a series of hoops to get a ministerial sign-off."

But it’s not a logo change. The flag, from memory, doesn’t appear in any department’s logo (I’m open to correction, as I’m a little out of date, not having worked in central government for a decade),
Well this in every town has the flag. Our Courts. (Article only for Emphasis)
Ian got there first but I cant link from his so leaving the Coat of Arms up for more emphasis

But they also do a better job of digesting, framing and feeding the media than the left
And everytime I read or listen with distrust. I've known a few dodgy people in my time and every time someone from National is a talking head, I feel like I'm being conned again

obsession with Key (and more latterly and – unfairly in my view – what his children get up to – the perceived sins of the father are no excuse to sneer at two young people trying to live their lives)
I do suspect much of the anti brigade would be exactly the same as the anti Kardashian brigade or the anti Paris Hilton brigade and there are numerous kids that have signed up to social media in the way that demands that attention. For the Herald to have front page attention on Key Kids constantly is no help either . Trouble is ,once that box is open......
John Key is just the by product of much of the children's attention because many of their followers have not one iota of interest in politics. The anti Key brigade have plenty of ammo without needing to resort to the kids. The kids making their way will however receive derision as basically all artists do and that being their chosen fields need to get used to it. As for key, his money trading is his identity, and many of those leopards in that field, haven't changed their spots ,hence recalling his past helps us try to understand his presence. There is a saying about leopards and their spots.... -

($4k for the massive, heavy-duty one for the Auckland Harbour Bridge indicates the very, very top-end cost for a one-off)
So y'mean nearly $8000 then?
None of the other 300 flags around the country are the wrong colour, the spokeswoman said.
What else could go wrong with this imposter? It should just surrender now, oh look it has! It's white feather fluttering in the wind. My bad.

Hey, most of our politicians can’t discuss TPP clearly either. The deliberate opaqueness has been a large part of the problem, by design. The ongoing misinformation campaign doesn’t help either.
Hear! Hear! That was the first problem and the fact that Opposition were never allowed to engage started the next problem and then (like much of how National engage with Opposition and the rest of us) we are constantly kept in the dark with what Ministers are up to (Saudi sheep being just one and still ongoing) An uninformed people will get restless. To assume it's all about hating on John is rubbish. I'm hating on the continuous belittlement of the NZ people and what's happening to all these tax dollars alongside all the borrowing and the delays of budget announcement supposed policies that are not being allocated such as Christchurch, WTF? And then, people wonder why Joyce gets a dildo in his face or Brownlee gets draped in muck. It's not all about Johnny but it's certainly understandable.

My almost 5-year old daughter expressed a very clear preference for the new flag this morning. I said “tough, you’re too little to vote.”
lol.

Except in so far as it even more clearly signals disengagement.
Which 1000,000 chose at the last Election. So yes, that 1000,000 has been significant in itself. I suspect the number of disengaged will be an interesting observation. Frankly, the mickey mouse affair of this debacle so far has created this situation, so spoiling , not voting is an option completely understandable ( I spoilt mine in the first round) but as a protest, I see keeping the current one the strongest option ,of which I'll do. I think the rubbish may be your most truthful option Ben but you can always help over at the "keep the flag" option for the likes of me ;)
