well he actually claimed he was spending his own money when I saw him last night (which didn't scan to me given he's an ex-cop) - of course he didn't say how much of his own money he'd spent
-
I've twice gotten a 'push poll' from the Nats since I came back from the US (it was quite unsophisticated and obvious in comparison to some of those I've had foisted on my in the US) - I called Katherine Rich (my local Nat MP - it was sent to me from her office) on it a couple of years ago - she feigned all knowledge claiming to not even know what a push poll was
-
I was watching him on TV last night and I couldn't really figure out where he was coming from - he'd quit his job as a cop last year and is now spending his own money to do this - cops don't make that much money - it all smelled a bit fishy to me, I figure it's election year and he's a stalking horse for someone - I bet now that the govt's sort of dismissed him he'll jump into the lap of another political party

so while jelly-tips may not be available - but when the time comes to provide kiwi food to the kids school's international/diversity/whatever day you know what you have to do right? ........
yup - hokey pokey - bring a camp stove make it right there in front of them ..... great chemistry experiment too .... the first year we brought it to our kids school no one would touch the beige sludge - the next year we actually had a Kiwi teacher, once he'd given his public OK we couldn't make enough
we made it at Burning Man one year too - the Aussies we were camping with were having a 'typical Aussie BBQ' (which meant burgers with beetroot) and we felt we had to add something of our own

Now that you mention it Ron Mark does appear to have a certain sinister aspect .... I'm more amazed by the amazing shrinking leader of the ACT party (and why his head isn't shrinking at the same rate - it's very strange i tell you)

nah - watching rapper wannabes trying to get thru airport security in the US is such great entertainment (assuming you're not late for your flight)
-
I've read enough Harry Potter - wearing a cape while flitting from shadow to shadow is apparently quite common in some social circles these days ....
-
Shep: heh - and I guess it wasn't all that long ago that TEACHERS war 'hoods' as part of their school uniform ....
-
Yeah my teenage son say Peachey on TV last night "who's that redneck maroon?" was his response - he's 17 and looking forward to his upcoming ability to vote ....

(on second thoughts Ron keep it up if they get your approval the kids wont want to wear them)
