If National believed in this bill, they'd let the public sack them at any time in their first 90 days in office
Don't forget that it only applies to businesses with fewer than 20 employees (which is to say that they're looking after the stuffed-shirt businessmen types whether they be employees or employers.)

RB,
It seems so long ago when you said you didn't mind if the Nats won. ;) -
Also, the MyFreeview HD PVR (officially, they're calling it a "DTR" or digital television recorder, because that's the name that came up best in consumer research)
Maybe because DTR has been advertising TV related stuff on TV for the last 30 years. Always trust a market research company to miss the bleeding obvious.

I'm still kind of stuck on RoOz's ruse that any kind of digital audio could be lossless.
In this sense "lossless" means no loss in relation to CD audio.

James,
Flac is the way to go. Your terrabyte drive will take roughly 2000 hours of it (depending on some variables). By the time it's full, another drive shouldn't cost very much. (In fact, you should probably get another one now and mirror them; all drives will eventually fail.)
Beneficiaries got a sweet deal under Labour?
Bull__shit__, they did. Don't believe the hype, Rik.
Hanover?
Talk about adding insult to injury. Are these investors against independent oversight or something?Out of interest, what percentage are institutional investors? [My blood pressure precludes me reading much more about this.]

I don't want to be rude, but I have to ask: If you guys don't like 'Granny herald', how about not linking to its articles?
Not at all. Mainly it's because I don't think it's responsible to engourage opinion about something without at least giving the reader the opportunity to read the entirety of the thing one's complaining about.

Herald tells us that "[t]he Government will introduce legislation this week that is likely to include a change to Kiwisaver policy to help low income workers..."
Wow. How awesomely progressive of them, helping low-income workers by shifting wealth upwards a bit more slowly than they'd previously planned, because the inequities of that plan were just too obvious.
Meanwhile, IRD: Tax system under pressure from rich avoiding tax.

G., I'm truly shocked... that you pay for tickets.

Don't know that current vege prices are anything special. In my experience they crash very soon after the sun comes out.
¿When the OCR gets cut by 1.5%, how come the banks only drop their rates by 0.5% or 0.75% ? (Yes, I'm economically under-literate.) -
Who's sniggering?
