That BBC page shows Clinton as either behind or ahead by less than 4% in all of 13 swing states except Virginia and Wisconsin. Do you have better data?

The result is in no doubt and has been in no doubt for over a month.
How does a 4% lead equate to 'no doubt'? Especially when Trump supporters might well tend not to admit it to pollsters?

Rental cars are required to have COFs (and rental companies have their own kind of TSL with fairly limited requirements I think, though I wondered if Wicked's could be yanked on grounds of unfit impropriety).
A personal housetruck or other non-commercial heavy vehicle (like this) needs a COF as well, but no TSL
I just wondered why the site doesn't mention cars as needing a TSL to get a COF. Do COFs expire when you sell the vehicle? (Oh, I see http://vehicleinspection.nzta.govt.nz/virms/in-service-wof-and-cof/light-psvs/transport-service-licence/tsl)

Also, maybe they could compromise with ACT and encourage farming cats (and kiwis)* for their meat.
* That parsed. I wasn't expecting it to. Respect to Cactuslab for parsing the unparseable.

What about SOPs? Don't quite major changes get made after the committee stage in SOPs on some Bills (I was thinking the Harmful Digital Communications Act).
I'd assume these changes would have been discussed by the committee - but how far from the Bill as presented for submissions can/do they go?

Are you sure Ben, coz it sez here: "If your vehicle is required (my bold) to operate under a transport service licence (eg goods vehicles 6000kg or over, vehicle recovery vehicles or large passenger vehicles) then you must provide your transport service licence number to the inspector before the CoF will be granted."
A Prius isn't required as a vehicle to operate under a TSL if you're just driving it for domestic (or company car) purposes. The TSL is required for the service?
You need a COF for a big motor caravan or housebus also, but that doesn't need a TSL for personal use.
