Or even here's a glimpse

You mean an Obama Administration won't see the First Lady showing up to state dinners wearing nothing but an Angela Davis afro wig and a pimped out bling-bling encrusted AK-47? Bugger...
Couldn't bear to see you weep, Craig, so just for you [[http://www.flickr.com/photos/nzlemming/2807421248/|here's a glimpse]

Good episode RB, but can you look at numbering the parts of the video on the website? Not so much for the first, as that's the one that opens, but it's a little confusing as to which I should watch next.
Cheers

The only reason I can come up with for his, apparent, "about face" would be that he didn't get the recognition he thought he may have deserved for his donations in the past
Perhaps the reason could be that he has respect for the truth. Perhaps he gave Peters money because he thought WP was the "little man" fighting for truth (which is how Winnie's been marketing himself for years) and now finds that his generous assistance is the subject of a litany of lies by his former beneficiary.
It always pays not to judge the motives of others on the basis of how you would have behaved in their place.

Losing John and Robert Kennedy, and the older brother in the war - sure, these are tragedies, but not unlike many other families that went through that period of history. Some lost all their sons to war, regardless of which one. There's nothing sacred about the Kennedys. Their high profile made them targets for someone, as has been the case with John Lennon, Ronald Reagan and many others. That does not give Ted Kennedy a free pass to abandon a girl in his car in the water in 1969. For those who don't know, see the Wikipedia entry. His service to his country since then has been huge, yes, and he deserves credit for it, but it doesn't excuse his actions that night and subsequently.And re the P comment, having viewed the entire speech, I can see that she worked herself up to that point, and that it was a good speech on the whole. Initially, I only caught the last few minutes, which in isolation showed someone who was in the grip of something with mechanical gestures and - I don't know what - just that it put me on edge.
And I can hardly think of myself as a nasty winner - I wasn't even part of the race. Are you sure you haven't got a bit of your own invested there?

Kennedy's speech was a lot better than the 'tribute' clip. I found it a little hard to take. Not that he hasn't done a great deal for the USA but I just kept hearing that unsaid word: Chappaquidick

She looks less manic in the YouTube vid - in context, it was a good speech

@RB
Caught the last few minutes of Hilary on BBC - looked wild eyed and p-fueled to me. Somehow, her rah rah stance is disturbing and I'm really pleased she missed the nomination. I just can't believe in her. Michelle Obama was pure grace in comparison of speaking style. I don't think it was just Penn who let her down. -
OK, I succumbed - I listened to the opening 8 bars - that was enough. I was right the first time

Anything with "American" "prayer" and "Barry Manilow" will never sully my ears, so I'll take your word for it
