Confession time. I've just read all 7 Harry Potters, in about 3 weeks. I'd resisted them before, because,w ell, I like to be contrary (see also: refuses to buy IPod.)
I'm now having trouble returning to anything worthy. I actually put down Plumb last night, and started to re-read The Order of the Phoenix.

Richie McCaw made the difference between Wellington drubbing the Cantabs and the actual result. He was awesome.
Really? Cos all I've heard is what a big cheater he is, and how Canterbury don't even try to play rugby etc etc etc.

And there's just only so many times one can virulently defend a province that people only dislike because it is successful. You have to help the haters out a little.
Well, 4000 at the semi final was pathetic.
Yeah, I can't really defend them on that. Especially when the final was likely to be in Wellington. Although, really, when you host as many finals as Lancaster Park does....
