loved to go down the pub after and hear the rest.

Megatropolis Amalgamation and Ratepayer Rape Act
I bet that'd make the ratepayers eyes water...
Yes I know its no laughing matter.
The anger and frustration at Hide 'n Key et al is palpable.
More exposure on this issue please. -
Due to changing circumstances I'm afraid I'll have to lie.
So if lies are the ball bearings that keep the machine ticking along.
Are we now in the new paradigm where we dont need oil?
And lying to a relly about their attire, or feeding your mut bikkies and matters of national importance are on a par? Shit anyone can do this politics business. The only problem seems to be you have to fool most of the population into believing you are holier than jesus( in a manner of speaking).I may have to go away and self-mythologize for a while.
Cause there seems to be a lot of people who have a BIG head start on me.
Just getting the right coloured spectacles on...
Oh, and a hammer to ...... bash myself in the crotch with.
That Jose he's a funny guy, love him.Consequentialism eh?

Yep nah but, 1975? and drawing parallels with 2005. Boy is that a long bow. As I recall, and we've been over this before somewhere here. There was more going on in that election that voters swayed by a super scheme portrayed as unpopular.

Hard News: The Political Lie, in reply to
I make reference to the 1975 dismantling of the compulsory super scheme that secured National a win in 2005 and the over reach of WFF that secured the Labour win in the 2005 election.
Hang on, how does that work?

(Though part of me would love to see someone try to get resource consent for a 325m tall lattice tower in the middle of Wellington. Just for the sheer entertainment value.)
Or a Skytower built over a casino!

Hard News: The Political Lie, in reply to
that taxes are a “burden”, that individual freedom is the highest good,
Funny how individual freedom equates to all the money I can make, by whatever means, is mine, all mine. Well to some people.

“we are only concerend with what the voter/public thinks is at election time”.
Shit I think that's the working thesis for the whole political establishment. So one man saying it doesnt make much of a case against him.
Where's a modern- day Ashoka when you need one.
