i am not sure of what Titewhai's and indeed Tamaki's position is on the Treaty. Though, It would seem to me that in many ways to honour New Zealands christian identity, and heritage in general, would be to honour religious diversity, according to the so-called 'fourth article' of the Treaty of Waitangi. As it happens it was a proposed by a Bishop of christian faith and agreed to by a Lieutenant of christian faith and of course those that ultimately signed at Waitangi.
Prompted by the Catholic Bishop Pompallier, Hobson also agreed that people in New Zealand could follow any religion they chose, including Māori custom. This has been described as the 'Fourth Article' of the Treaty.

FIrst time for me to see the Clean and i was stoked! Good to see a nice big (but not packed) crowd of young and old. It was a really great night, had a smile on my face the whole time. Clean tunes continue to rock even in the 21st century.
I reckon thats a pretty good venue as well, great sound, very crisp. Saw HDU there as well, that was just as special imo!

Its sad and all that TVNZ, supposed state broadcaster is pushing proprietary formats down our throats (i would be dreaming if the government actually mandated non-proprietary media/data formats), just not that kind of world that cares about like 5% of the market, i guess.
But whats the likelihood of this venture actually doing well? Overseas stuff you can get via the likes of itunes, there isn't allot of unique NZ content worthy of download, a small amount of drama and fairly meh news hour.
Oh and Ubuntu is looking real good. :D

Well as a youngster i just hope some more of the flying nun catalogue goes on-line, cultural disgrace that it isn't easily available. I think i would pay for more of my music, particularly those hard-to-find albums but DRM is, well, a major disincentive. FYI.
Oh yea i changed from Orcon to Xtra, Xtra is foo compared to Orcon imo, also i couldnt even log into Steam to play some garrysmod. Oh the horror.
