Let me get this straight: Key baselessly accuses Harre's party of being behind and "promoting" something they have no connection to, she eventually gets to deny it, he shrugs and moves on without a word of apology -- and Harre is guilty of "opportunistic attention seeking faux outrage"?

I think objectively it would be plain impossible to describe Newstalk ZB's daytime output as left-wing. The line varies a little more at Radio Live.

All it should require is that when the song’s finished the DJ should say “And that was Darren Jones PO Box 555 Auckland, with his new song ‘Planet Key’”, and that would satisfy the requirements of the Act, wouldn’t it?
That will be the case if the EC decides it's an electoral advertisement in its online stance. Then the dude would have to display an address.
