It’s the standard Ron-Paul-John-Birch-banking-conspiracy tosh, although it does somewhat inevitably invoke the Rothschilds. I’d not be wild at the best of times about PAS being a venue for this kind of thing – Griffin’s other topics include Noah’s Ark and suppressed cancer cures – but invoking a raging anti-semite in discussion of a post about anti-semitic comments was particularly inappropriate.
Your last contribution, the Jewish banker joke, set another thread in an unhelpful direction too. I am, for what I think are understandable reasons, inclined to be sensitive about this right now.

Good point – the opposition do shape policy during the term of a government.
I tend to think Auckland Central benefits from being competitive. For the last three years, it's effectively had two very good MPs: Nikki Kaye and Jacinda Ardern. Green voters could make a real impact with their electorate votes this year though. Watch that space.

I will vote for the party that states unequivocally that it WILL repeal the PHDAct(2) ammendment AND reveal the redacted sections of the Regulatory Impact Statement. Within the first month of claiming a majority.
Which will never happen, and frankly I don't think it should -- legislative stunts under urgency generally aren't a great idea: look at National Standards. So you've basically set an unrealistic standard for earning your vote -- which is your right, but I don't see it does you any material good.

Personally, I think they’ve been bloody clever.
Mana negotiated three of its candidates in the top four of the joint list, which I think actually hurts the Internet Party's appeal to the youth. That's a bunch of old people -- Hone, Laila, Annette Sykes, John Minto -- before you get to a plausibly young candidate in Chris Yong.
