This isn’t (as it was earlier described) “clumsy and inappropriate”, it’s AMAZING. It’s too bad we found out about it this way, because it’s incredible and might be a globally unique degree of access.
I'm not sure have the CEO of the Police following up every complaint personally is really a good model.
I wish it hadn’t initially been presented like a (frankly really obviously bullshit) paranoiac fantasy.
Back off a bit on that, please. Kracklite has been pretty scathing on Marshall here in the past 48 hours. I don't think he was entitled to assume that a complaint lodged on the police website would be personally answered by The Main Cop, and he got very anxious about the call.

Update: Police comms say that Marshall has been responding personally to complaints made via the police website (which I’m told requires contact details).
I’m wondering if he has been reading this site and simply didn’t grasp the line he’d be crossing by directly contacting Kracklite.
But that’s just a guess.
Update: I think we've wory out where the contact came from: not this site. But at best this is clumsy and inappropriate. People don't mceessarily want to be cold-called by the Main Cop.

Well Marshall just tried to call me personally at my own home. I hung up immediately when he identified himself.
Maybe he had naive honourable motives… but if that were the case, it’s too little, too late.
It would still be inappropriate and ill-advised. Not to mention weird.

I’d also been thinking those smoky vocals and heavy synths were waiting for a remix – they’re big enough to fill out rather spacious beats. I’m glad it’s Cousin Cole stepping up.
I really like what he's done. I presume that if he's calling it a bootleg, he worked with the whole track rather than the stems, and you can hear where he's cut-and-pasted and layered and added things, while staying true to the original. It's very cool.

Likewise, poor behaviour means, progressively restricted access to chosen substance; simple.
What you describe sounds both ghastly from a human rights perspective and unworkable on a practical level. How many lives would the state be directing? Who would decide which activities and causes were worthy? Who would keep this ledger of "behaviour"? How many officials would be employed making sure each citizen got only the quantity of drugs warranted by his behaviour?

I had totally forgotten their version starts with 'Love to Love You Baby'. As does my favourite remix, the Bobby Busnach one. Sweet.
