Cheers.

For those who watched the Paxman Howard video, and wanted to know the answer it is.... kinda!

If you conclude in a rape case that it is highly probably that a complainant withdrew consent, and made this known, the charge hasn't been proved and the person is not guilty.
I had to read this three times to try and make sense of it.
Do you mean "highly probable" isn't good enough, it needs to be be "beyond a reasonable doubt"? Because otherwise if you withdraw consent, and make that known, the charge would be proven, surely?

how did that go?
I think there's a limited market for books on trademe. Ordinary old books, give away or sell at a garage sale.
I had a collection of Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms books, from when I was a geeky teenager, which I had held onto in the foolish belief that my son might want to read them one day. They sold OK - some went for $2 - 3, others went for about $10 (new they're about $20 I guess).

SST is not to be found today on the list of donee organisations on the IRD site
SST's home page today says it has "IRD approved donee and charitable trust status."
I was going to say, IRD charitable status isn't what people go for now, Charities Commission is that one that we registered with as that's what granting organisations want to see.
But SST doesn't appear to be there either.

Heh; But seriously, if people must use the cards analogy, the original cabinet was a “deal”.
Well in that case, the reshuffle should actually be a re-deal.
'Reshuffle' makes sense if you don't think of the cabinet 'cards' all laid out on the table, but in the pack and you've reshuffled them to change the order.
-
So why do ALL media reports talk of a “reshuffle” ?
Maybe shuffling was how he allocated them portfolios in the first place?

Basically, you're conducting this discussion by repeated your initial assertion that she's a dirty lying whore, albeit rephrased, but not responding to any criticism of that position. After a while, it starts to look like you're not because you can't.
This is cross-threading, but Emma should conduct interviews on TV around 7pm and pin elusive politicians to the wall. And use the 'greater crested fuckwad' line at least once a week.

Just as an aside--I am in Dunedin Wed-Friday and I notice that Marianne Dissard (with Flip Grater & Delany Favidson) are playing there on Thursday night. Worth going to, do you reckon?
If not, Delgirl and Rosie Flores are playing that night:
St Martins Hall, Northumberland Street, NEV
7.30pm doors - show starts 8pm on the dot!!
$15.00, BYO only(And tonight, the truly fantastic The Eastern are playing at Chicks). They'll country-rock your socks off.

Well, if they didn't, Phil Goff for example, wouldn't come up for air for about twenty minutes...
Loved this quote from Phil Goff (stuff this morning):
But Mr Goff said the lack of a challenger was "a recognition that the leadership team they have got in place is the best team that they could hope for".
Perhaps he should shut up more often?
