Not one that we seem to hear anything about, including who (AOS).
Try here. See, for example, their explanation of why they won't investigate the death of Jan Molenaar (he shot himself).

Plenty of schools, public and private, turn away special needs kids, and I wish the reason was as (relatively) noble as the one you're suggesting.
Doesn't sound very noble to me. It's a sad fact of life for schools, that they are the meat in the sandwich (both in terms of bullying and special needs). As much as they don't have the resources to address these things properly, they need to be forced to deal with the issues facing them. They can then push that upstairs and demand resources.
The alternative - sticking kids that are 'difficult' or require 'too much work' in the corner and trying to ignore them, or not accepting them at all - shouldn't be allowed to happen.

No. That isn't the point of cycling. The point of cycling is that you turn up with a bike, you get on that bike, and then you race that bike from point A to point B.
Oh you poor innocent boy. If only it were so.
this is i don't get. if everyone is using the suits, how come it affects some people more than others? or is it just that phelps is out of his top form right now and the true greats will reclaim the records in due course.
Phelps stuck with his sponsor's (Speedo) which uses technology that is now a couple of years old. The new suits have pushed it even further ahead. They've been developed since the olympics.
If Phelps had dumped his sponsor and bought one of the new suits he presumably would have done better.

To deal with frequent requests from other MPs that they investigate the case of some constituent or another.
Like I/S if a minister or their staff looks up any of my records, I'd like to think that they have to sign a bit of paper saying why and that goes to the relevant ministry.
It certainly shows the government's priorities, doesn't it? Money for the rich, but not for those in genuine need...
Ironically, quite a few children with special needs attend private schooling because of the better resources, more teacher attention available etc.

For what definition of "stops improving"?
He'll be buying up big at the restaurant at the end of the universe.

In case the analogy didn't penetrate, malaria exists pretty much entirely because the poorest countries in the world cannot afford to fight it. And the rich ones do not help.
No I got that. New Zealand shouldn't try and reduce our carbon emissions because other parts of the world have malaria. Point well made, I can't believe I missed that yesterday.

Yes I'm aware but perhaps you are not aware that I would expect scrutiny of any behaviour where a person is shot.As I said, if suicide, understandable, but to shoot , I believe, is accepting to kill. I know the police are not perfect (I just know) therefore they also should be scrutinised as any other person has to be.
There's always a PCA investigation of any police use of firearms (or police involved in car accidents etc).

Fact - a NZ ETS will encourage the planting of trees and the removal of sheep and cows in NZ. By doing so it will in turn incentivise the farming of cattle and the destruction of rainforests in the tropics. An ETS will be bad for Planet Earth.
This is the "The World is a Perfect Free Market" theory of the environment.
In which it's apparently completely impossible for other parts of the world to respond in any way to movements in emission production.

Which says there is no difference between the two.
I only compared the header and main body of text, not menus etc around the outside.

Can we work out the differences other than manually checking?
Word track changes compare documents.
Which says there is no difference between the two.
