Kyle your comments are contradictory. Either the prisons follow best practise, such as the basic site selection and geology reports or they don't.
Best practice in prison design which means the layout and structure of the buildings, not what's underneath them. I'm not sure why they decided to build there, but could find out.

But I think there are perfectly legitimate questions to be asked about whether discharges without conviction are being applied dispassionately, or whether there's levels of bias involved.

Well that's not building prisons, that's building anything. Prisons are no more resistant to geology than other structures.

I think it is bloody tasteless the way the NZRFU has taken the dead of WW1 and turned it into a marketing ploy for rugby.
I believe he was the captain on the originals tour who played the French on the way back home - the first match between NZ and France. That might be more significant to his name being on the trophy than his war service.

If that wikipedia article is correct, then the trophy was lost 9 days ago.
