Ah, good on ya JK, the free market rules, eh?Internet speeds are measured in bits per second.
Files are measured in bytes.
So 100 Mbps could never lead to a 700 MB file after 7 seconds, even theoretically. It would be 56 seconds.
ADSL2+ has a theoretical limit of 24 Mbps.

(I find museums having vast collections of art bizarre, as I think that's what art galleries are for, and never the two should meet. But I recognise that I'm a little unusual there.)
