I think the idea is that the text posted with a photo is as a 'Caption'.
I don't believe that's how we've been using it though. There are also accessibility considerations but I won't even go there.

With our nation's future economic prospects becoming increasingly digital, selling off our energy system is pure vandalism. I guess we'll see shortly if a few weeks of opposition to that plan carries the day.

Any reason for that? Seems round the other way to how this site has always contextualised embedded clips for example - explanation first, media second.
