Eh? I agree that there are concerns about the way the
"poll" was constructed and presented. I don't believe that justifies claims of "lying" but I understand how it might irritate.None of that stops me appreciating that The Aucklander has been about the only publication consistently fisking the stream of bullshit from the politicians slyly shafting this city.

No one's disgreeing with that. The claim of "lying" seemed disconnected, and I'm still not clear how their use of poll numbers is any less kosher than many other media outlets.

I get the point raised earlier about their undeclared alliances. Is that what you meant Craig? Or is it their use of polling, which seems a pretty discredited practice all round by now.
